eFloristsRus.com.au has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. The following discloses the information gathering and dissemination practices for this web site.

By placing an order on any of our our websites, you unequivocably declare that you‘re the person named on the credit card or have been given permission to use the specified credit card. If we believe an order is fraudulent, we may release your details to the appropriate authorities. All IP addresses are logged. We reserve the right to reject any card message which contains profane or insulting language.

Cancellations

In the event an order needs to be cancelled, we require a minimum 24 hours notice of such cancellation for the respective order. Compliance to these guidelines will result in a full refund LESS a $5.00 administration fee. In the event that an order is cancelled within 24 hours of being submitted, a full refund LESS a $10.00 administration fee will be refunded.

Obviously, NO refund will be issued once the flowers have been made & dispatched from the respective florist shop.

Deliveries

In the unlikely event that an order placed through any of our websites or by phone is not received by the intended recipient, please contact us as soon as possible so that we may investigate the circumstances surrounding any issues of non-delivery & take any necessary actions to remedy the situation.

However, in the event the sending party has supplied an incorrect address or the recipient has left the hospital, home or workplace, we reserve the right to charge an additional $9.90 delivery fee (or additional amount if delivery to regional area) as required. 

If the recipient is not present at the address provided when the courier attempts to deliver the order, unless advised otherwise, our couriers will leave the flowers with the people in attaendance at the address or if no-one is not at the home address, the flowers will be left in a safe & visible position at the address supplied. If this is not possible, the courier will return the flowers to the initiating florist from where they can be collected by the intended recipient. In the event that the florist has to re-deliver the flowers to the same address or another address supplied, the sender will be charged an additional $9.90 delivery fee to their credit card.

In the event the sender or the intended recipient request that the flowers be re-delivered, we reserve the right to charge an additional delivery fee as / if required.

Forms

Our site uses forms for parties to request information & services. We collect certain contact & demographic information.

Contact information from forms is used to deliver flower arrangements & provide information about eFloristsRus.com.au  members to our users. This information is also used to contact the user if necessary. No personal information is passed on to any other source.

Releasing Information

We will not release personal identifying information about you without first obtaining your consent, unless required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law or to comply with a legal process served on our company.
